Chronic Neck Pain

Chronic neck pain often presents as stiffness, reduced mobility, or persistent headaches—especially after sleeping, long workdays, or prolonged screen time. It can drag on for months or pop up in annoying flare-ups that come and go without warning.

We address a wide variety of issues, from common conditions such as cervicogenic headaches, disc bulges, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, deep neck flexor adhesions, and suboccipital tension to more complex problems such as pinched nerves and nerve entrapments in the scalenes or upper back. Many people also experience relief here from whiplash, postural strain, and chronic neck pain related to disc problems.

You might notice:

  • Waking up with a crick in your neck

  • Pain checking your blind spot while driving

  • Headaches that start at the base of the skull

  • Tightness that never thoroughly loosens

  • Numbness or tingling in the shoulder or arm
