Elbow Pain & Repetitive Strain Injuries
Elbow pain can appear as sharp discomfort, a dull ache, or constant soreness that doesn’t get better—especially during activities like gripping, lifting, typing, or pushing. Many patients come to us after trying rest, bracing, massage, or stretching, but these methods often fail to provide lasting relief.
These symptoms are frequently associated with conditions such as tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, adhesions in the forearm flexors or extensors, nerve entrapments in the elbow or wrist, or repetitive strain injuries from daily activities.
You might notice:
Pain gripping a coffee mug, dumbbell, or steering wheel
A dull ache that flares after typing, lifting, or gripping
Discomfort that starts in the forearm and travels toward the wrist
Pain during curls, pushups, rows, or pressing movements
Soreness that lingers long after the activity ends
