Knee Pain & Chronic Mobility Limits
Knee pain may manifest as sharp, aching, stiff, or unpredictable sensations—particularly during activities such as running, squatting, stair climbing, or standing after sitting. Many patients seek our help after attempting rest, ice, stretching, or even post-surgical rehab, but the pain persists and recurs.
These symptoms are commonly associated with conditions such as patellar tendon adhesions, IT band syndrome, quadriceps or hamstring issues, ongoing stiffness following surgery, or meniscus irritation not requiring surgery.
You might notice:
Pain going up or down stairs—especially early in the morning
Stiffness after sitting for long periods
Achy, tight knees after a workout (even if you warmed up)
Sharp pain at the front of the knee during squats or kneeling
Discomfort with lunges or any weight-bearing exercise
