Evaluation
During your initial examination we go over a comprehensive history, perform provocative motion testing, and palpation of all tissues that could be contributing to your main areas of concern. We start by understanding your pain, history and goals.
Plan
You will get a recommendation on what we found and what a treatment plan looks like for your individual case.
Treatment
If adhesions appear to be contributing to your symptoms, we’ll begin targeted Adhesion Release Therapy.
Retest
After treatment, we will reassess movement and symptoms to see what changed.
