Meet Autumn — Idaho’s A-R-M Therapy Specialist

Autumn specializes in the Adhesion Release Method (ARM) therapy, a powerful and innovative approach to chronic pain relief. She is one of the first providers in the beautiful state of Idaho trained in this specialty, and one of fewer than 50 providers in the world!

After extensive hands-on training with Dr. Chris Stepien, the founder of ARM in Denville, New Jersey, Autumn has dedicated her work to helping people move better, hurt less, and truly improve their quality of life in the greater Boise/Meridian area. She takes healing seriously and combines ARM therapy with therapeutic massage for more customized care. You can call us to book one or both, depending on your needs.

Autumn focuses on chronic pain conditions and injury recovery related to adhesions, as well as tension relief and overall wellness.
