Meet Autumn — Idaho’s ARM Specialist

Autumn specializes in Adhesion Release Method (ARM), a targeted approach designed to identify and release adhesions that may restrict the movement of nerves and surrounding tissues.

She trained hands-on with ARM founder Dr. Chris Stepien and is one of fewer than 50 providers worldwide.

Her focus is simple: helping people with chronic, unresolved pain who have already tried other approaches without lasting relief.

ARM is not massage, chiropractic care, or a relaxation treatment. It’s a specialized approach that uses assessment, targeted treatment and retesting to determine whether adhesion may be contributing to pain and movement restrictions.
