Meet Autumn — Idaho’s A-R-M Therapy Specialist

Autumn specializes in the Adhesion Release Method (ARM), a targeted, results-driven approach to resolving chronic pain at its source.

She is one of the first providers in Idaho trained in this method, and one of fewer than 50 practitioners worldwide.

After extensive hands-on training with Dr. Chris Stepien, founder of ARM in Denville, New Jersey, Autumn has dedicated her work to helping people move better, reduce pain, and restore function-especially when other treatments have failed.

Her work focuses on identifying and releasing adhesions that restrict nerve and soft tissue movement-often the underlying cause of chronic pain conditions and limited mobility.

Autumn works with clients experiencing long-standing pain, unresolved injuries, and movement restrictions-particularly those who have tried multiple approaches without lasting results.

Based in the greater Boise/Meridian area, she is committed to helping people get back to living fully in their bodies with less pain and more freedom of movement.

Outside of her clinical work, Autumn is a busy mom of three who understands firsthand how important it is to feel good in your body so you can show up fulling in your life.
